    Interesting that "spoom" usage declines during periods of international conflict, including our current misadventures in the Middle East.

    It surely indicates that soldiers prefer chunks of chocolate to watery sorbet. And who can blame them? Perhaps the D.O.D should fund a study of the matter. I hear they have lots of money to spend on such things.

    How far back in time can these trends be calculated? It would be fascinating to see Spoom data from the Era of Good Feelings.
    Perhaps Choom can be worked in, as well. Our President might have some comments.

If, as immigrationists often claim, the economy benefits so much from low skill workers, why continue to spend money educating native born Americans?
